Our Keynote speaker is Jasmine Griggs ! Jasmine Griggs (@Jaesmooove) has created her own lane as an entrepreneurial public figure with the start and opening of multiple businesses with brick & Mortars in the Chicago land area. Starting Jae's Customz (@Jaecustomz) in 2017, Jasmine has supported over 1,000 business locations with custom printing, wall decal, window decals, vehicle decals & more. She exuded exceptional customer service and goodwill which led her to a have a great following. Jasmine branched off into the beauty industry in 2018 creating Jae's Beauty Bar Hair x Fashion (@Jaesbeautybar_). Jae's Beauty Bar is a service industry business that provides salon services like Sew-ins, Quick weaves, Braids, Ponytails, Lash applications and more. Jae's Beauty Bar does not only provide an exceptional environment for customers, it has given stylist a home and way to grow clientele. Breaking into a million dollar industry was not enough for Jasmine Griggs. October 2020 in the middle of a global pandemic Jasmine then opened Jae's Mart (@Jaesmart116) with a goal to provide great quality goods at an affordable price. Her general merchandise store located at 11613 s. Halsted street sales everything from Kitchen Appliances, Balloons, TV's, Toys, Cleaning Supplies, Toiletries and more. The global pandemic forced a lot of small black owned businesses to shut down.

Jasmine is one entrepreneur that pushed through. Actually, running three physical location during this time was not enough for her. Jasmine continued to show her growth in April 2021 with her recent investment in Jae's Mart & Wigs, becoming a graduate of class of 2021 with her Bachelors Degree and also being nominated as Entrepreneur of the year for the the Black Excellence Awards by ROW 24. Jasmine has proven to be a force with the many accomplishments that she has made over the years. We are honored to have Jasmine Griggs as a Keynote speaker at the Chicago Business Social.
